ATD - Notification of actual departure
Send an ATD notification only when the vessel has actually departed the port or anchorage, and all required departure-related notifications have been submitted.
The NOD notification shall be sent before the ATD notification.
The NOD notification shall provide official pre-departure information
in the field Confirm departure notification (DE-003-07).
After sending the ATD notification:
the Port call can no longer be cancelled
previously submitted notifications can no longer be deleted
After the ATD notification is submitted, the Port call is considered closed.

Further information on notification DE-003-01
Fill in the field if you want to provide additional information related to the notification, which cannot be reported in other fields. For example, you can provide clarifying details related to the vessel's actual departure, berth departure, anchor aweigh event, or other information related to closing the Port call.
If you do not have a special report, leave the field empty. Do not repeat in this field information already provided in other fields.
Actual departure date and time DE-023-04
Provide the vessel's actual departure date and time when the vessel has released the last line from the berth (Last line) or has raised anchor from the outer anchorage (Anchor aweigh).
