ATA - Actual Time of Arrival

Complete ATA notification only when the vessel has arrived actually port, and all necessary entry related notifications have been sent.

The DUE and NOA notifications shall be sent before the ATA notification.

The NOA notification shall provide official entry pre-arrival information confirmation in field Confirm arrival declaration (DE-003-07).

After sending the ATA notification:

the Port call can no longer be cancelled;
notifications sent previously cannot be deleted

Fill in the field if you want to provide additional information related to the notification, which cannot be reported in other fields. You can write for example specific information related to the actual arrival of the vessel, attention related to anchoring or attachment, Port call; other additional information related to the operational situation.

If you do not have a special report, leave the field empty. Do not repeat in this field information already provided in other fields.

Date and time of arrival - real DE-022-01

Fill in the actual date and time of arrival of the vessel: fully attached to the dock (All fast) or anchored outside anchor.

If the actual arrival time differs from the previously reported ETA above for two hours, update the information without delay with NOA notification.

Select yes if the port operation is under anchoring or commercial activities in Finnish territorial waters.
